LTG Cargo, AB carries out activities in accordance with the principle of zero tolerance for corruption, which means that the company does not tolerate any form of corruption (conflicts of interest, bribery, abuse of office, illegal acceptance of gifts, etc.). The company operates responsibly, transparently, fairly and reliably.
In its activities, the company follows the Anti-Corruption Policy in force in the parent company – group of companies Lietuvos Geležinkeliai, AB, which defines the main objectives, principles and implemented measures for the prevention of corruption in the group of companies. The Company’s employees follow the ethical principles provided for in the Employee Code of Ethics in their daily activities when communicating with each other and with other persons. Transparent and fair activities are also expected from the company’s business partners, and these expectations are set out in the Supplier’s Code of Conduct.
The company implements the following corruption prevention measures:
Criminal offenses being committed, committed or planned to be committed, possible illegal actions or omissions of employees, abuse of office or other actions with signs of a criminal offense of a corruptive nature in the company can be reported, and proposals on corruption prevention measures in the company can be submitted through the installed Trust Line channels:

The reports received by the Trust Line are picessed by the employees appointed by the Department of Safety and Risk Management of Lietuvos Geležinkeliai, AB. Reports are processed within 20 business days of receipt.
The report can be submitted anonymously by any person, i.e. without giving your name and/or contact details. However, if the contact details and the fact that the person wishes to be informed of the results of the investigation are provided, the whistleblower will be informed of the results of the investigation and the decisions adopted in accordance with the established procedure.
The group of companies LTG ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the data provided by the latter, except in cases provided by legal acts. The personal data of the whistleblower shall be stored in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
